江苏经纬轨道交通设备有限公司成立于2010年4月，成立之初为经纬轨道与斯柯达电气的合资公司，2014年经纬轨道完成技术转让并回购外方50%股权，2015年6月与汇川技术展开资本合作，成为汇川技术的控股子公司。
Jiangsu Kingway Rail Transportation Equipment Co., LTD founded in April 2010, before founding, the former is Skoda Kingway Electric Co., LTD. In earlier 2014, KINGWAY RAIL complete the transfer of technology and purchase back 50% shares of Skoda and carry out capital cooperation with INOVANCE in Jun. 2015, becoming INOVANCE’s holding subsidiaries.
