项目概况：
无锡地铁1、2号线各配属车辆23列，采用6节编组。车辆于2018年开展首轮架修工作。牵引电机及电阻风机作为地铁车辆运行重要的系统部件，涉及车辆运营安全及可靠性。江苏经纬轨道交通设备有限公司作为牵引电机及电阻风机架修方，对牵引电机及电机风机的架修操作工艺、技术标准、项目管理等方面进行严格定义并系统性执行，确保架修工作顺利完成。
架修范围：
无锡地铁46列电客车共计920台电机系统部件，其中牵引电机736台及制动电阻风机184台。
Project Overview:
Wuxi Metro Line 1 and line 2 are allocated with 23 vehicles respectively, Vehicle type: 6B. The vehicle maintenance project begin in 2018. Traction motor and resistance fan are important parts, related to vehicle operation safety and reliability. KINGWAY RAIL, as the maintenance solutions supplier, strictly defines and systematically implements the operation technology, technical standard and project management, to ensure the successful completion of the repair work.
Maintenance Scope:736 sets traction motors and 184 sets resistance fan.
二、苏州市轨道交通2号线电客车电机类架修委外项目
Suzhou Metro Electric Car Traction Motor Maintenance Project
项目概况：
苏州轨道交通2号线B型列车编组由40列5节编组组成。地铁列车牵引电机、制动电阻箱、冷却风机是保证列车安全行驶的关键系统部件，它是列车日常维护以及列车架修和大修中维修的重要部件之一。江苏经纬轨道交通设备有限公司作为牵引电机及冷却风机架修方，对牵引电机及冷却风机的架修操作工艺、技术标准、项目管理等方面进行严格定义并系统性执行，确保架修工作顺利完成。
架修范围：
苏州轨道交通2号线40列电客车共计1000台电机系统部件，其中牵引电机480台、制动电阻箱冷却风机120台、牵引逆变器冷却风机120台、高压箱冷却风机120台、辅助逆变器箱冷却风机80台、变压器箱冷却风机80台。
