江苏经纬轨道交通设备有限公司成立于2010年4月，位于江苏省苏州市吴中经济开发区，为国家高新技术企业，是中国工业自动化领军企业深圳市汇川技术股份有限公司（股票代码300124）的全资子公司，专门从事轨道交通牵引传动及控制系统的研发、设计、生产、销售、技术支持及售后服务，具备整套牵引系统独立投标权。公司主要为城市地铁、有轨电车、动车组车辆提供配套的牵引变流器、辅助变流器、高压箱、牵引电机和TCMS，年生产能力可达800套变流器和高压箱、3200台中等功率牵引电机，满足200多列列车牵引和控制设备的交付需求。
公司于2014年初开始，前后投入近3亿元与斯柯达电气开展了动车组、地铁及有轨电车牵引系统的核心技术转让。在全面承接欧系技术平台、完成核心技术转让的基础上，依托母公司汇川技术优异的研发平台和管理平台，全面开启了牵引系统的自主化研发工作，2017年9月，公司顺利通过了中国城市轨道交通协会技术装备专委会组织的自主化城轨牵引系统载客运营考核评审。

Jiangsu Kingway Transportation Co., LTD (hereinafter referred as KWT), founded in April, 2010, lies in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. As a national high-tech enterprise and a holding subsidiary of INOVANCE (stock code:300124) which is a leading corporation in automation industry, KWT specializes in R&D, design, production and sales, technical support and after-sales service of rail transit traction system. It provides VVVF, SIV, HV box, traction motor and TCMS for City Metros, Trams and EMU.
Since the beginning of 2014, nearly 300 million yuan has been invested to carry out the core technology transfer of EMU, Metro and Tram with Skoda. On the basis of the full acceptance of the European technical platform, and accomplishment of core technology transfer, relying on the first-class R&D and management platforms from the parent company INOVANCE, KWT fully started the independent R&D of traction system, and then passed the passengers-carried localization assessment hold by CAMET in September, 2017.
